1. Overview

Grim Libram Studios ("we", "us") operates grimlibram.com and sells digital publications (PDF files) for the Daggerheart tabletop RPG system. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital Products

• All products are delivered as digital PDF downloads.
• Products are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share our PDFs.
• We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of abuse or unauthorized distribution.

3. Purchases & Refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from downloading a purchased product, contact us and we will resolve it.

4. Patreon Access

Certain products are available at no additional cost to active Patreon supporters at qualifying tiers. Access is determined by your current Patreon membership status at the time of login. If your membership lapses, tier-gated access will no longer be available until renewed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, and publications are the intellectual property of Grim Libram Studios unless otherwise noted. Daggerheart is a trademark of Darrington Press LLC. Our products are unofficial fan creations and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Darrington Press.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our website and products are provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or products.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
