A bestiary of the Witherwilds, organized by depth — from the sunlit forest edge where territorial predators rattle quilled warnings, through the mid-canopy where symbiotic hunters coordinate through pheromone and howl, into the deep woods where spectral wraiths phase through ancient bark, and finally to the primordial heart where the forest itself walks on legs of root and fury.
